PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We take care over product photography, but colours can render differently between screens. Fabric weights, fits and measurements listed on each product page are accurate.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you pay.
Product availability is limited. Where an item sells out after you order but before dispatch, we will contact you and refund in full.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment.
Payment is taken through our payment gateway. We do not store your payment credentials.
The total is recalculated on our servers from our own product prices before payment is taken, so a price shown in your browser is never what we charge from.
We may cancel and refund an order where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where a pricing error is obvious.
DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, graphics, photography, copy and branding on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.
LIABILITY
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
