WHERE WE SHIP
We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders are delivered by our courier partners. Serviceability depends on your PIN code; if your PIN code cannot be serviced we will contact you and refund the order in full.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Orders of ₹999 and above ship free.
Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹99.
Shipping charges are shown on the cart page and again before payment. There are no other delivery charges.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIME
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment being confirmed and your delivery address being received.
Typical delivery is 3–7 working days from dispatch depending on your location. Metro addresses are usually at the faster end of that range.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, weather and courier delays can extend them.
YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS
We ask for your delivery address on the order confirmation page, immediately after payment. We cannot dispatch your order until you provide it.
Please check your address and PIN code carefully. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the courier.
TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched we will send you the courier and tracking details on the mobile number used at checkout, and to your email address if you gave us one.
If you have not had tracking details within 2–3 working days of giving us your delivery address, email garage@redlinestudios.in and we will chase it.
