WHAT WE COLLECT
Order details: your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you provide one, your email address.
Payment status: our payment gateway confirms whether a payment succeeded. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
Technical data: your IP address and browser user-agent are recorded with an order for fraud prevention and rate limiting.
Usage data: aggregated analytics about how the site is used.

Our payment gateway, to process your payment.
Our courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order.
Our messaging and email providers, to send order updates.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records are retained as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes.
Abandoned carts that never become orders are deleted after 30 days.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
Your cart is stored in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It is not shared with us until you check out.
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate. You can block it with any standard browser setting or extension without affecting your ability to shop.
YOUR RIGHTS
Email garage@redlinestudios.in to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
We will respond within 30 days. Some data must be retained where the law requires it.
